I was fully informed about what requirements I needed to bring along for my registration and once I showed up with the time slot, it all went well effectively.
Did receive prompt service once I returned for the health care assistant test for everything.
I am always given clear explanations of my medical condition and what I must do to control pain etc.
I am confident with the help offered and that the doctors/nurse is always prepared to repeat or discuss any treatment needed.
My only negative comment is the time it takes to get an appointment.
I know this is not the fault of the NHs but government cuts etc.
I have been a patient with Dr Anaman for more than 35 years and have always received very good treatment.
Appointments never seem to be available when I require one. Many people work for companies on a 5 from 7 day basis providing 7 day cover, but medical cover is still not available 7 days a week, a somewhat archaic attitude.
No-one chooses to be ill, but when they are, they need the advice and help provided by a Doctor. They don't need to here that there are no appointments available for three weeks as was told to me.
The world is changing and Doctors need to change too. They are paid considerably more for the hours they work, than the average working man, but they do not make themselves available on weekends when they are needed.
My self and my husband have had a lot of treatment lately with your nurses and they have been very caring and helpful.
Symptoms were clearly explained I was happy with the solution the Dr requested for me.
